Just over 25 years ago, in 1988, Koch Construction Company started building residential homes in the Pittsburgh area.  Over the years our family run business has grown and not only does custom homes, but commercial buildings, urban building, trim work for other builders, as well as, rejuvenating interior & exterior spaces in existing homes.  

At Koch Construction Company, we believe our customers are critical to our success.  The special details we provide for our customers, are because we listen to what they want and strive to make their dreams a reality.  Because of this, most of our business is through word of mouth and referrals of our past, satisfied customers.      

We have a staff of trim carpenters that make our company extremely versatile and without them, we wouldn't have the company that we have today.  Their craftsmanship, quality, knowledge and skill are the driving force behind Koch Construction Company.  That's why we believe that not only are our customers a top priority, but so are the people that work for us.
